Mostly work from home, older workers welcome to join us. We are looking for a self motivated, sincere, trustworthy and reliable administrative staff to support us in:
- Answering customer enquiries
- Making appointments with customers
- Preparing of invoices
- Preparing simple daily schedules for collection and deliveries
- Other administrative work, such as keeping of records of luggage bags collected and delivery status
- Assisting in checking repairs and simple cleaning of bags before delivery
- Sorting out the luggage bags for delivery, for delivery staff to collect
- Verifying payments have been made
Requirements:
- Knows how to type, use the Google internet browser to perform simple tasks, understands basic word processor type documents, speaks and understands English.
- Training will be provided to support you
- Working hours are Mondays to Fridays, 9am-6pm. Saturday 9am-1pm.
- Mostly work from home, with some weekday afternoons in the workshop (Workshop in the East at 100 Eunos Ave 7)
- Monthly salary of $2,000
