Confirmation of booking a collection of your luggage requires payment of the deposit via Paynow to our company UEN 201532013N within 24 hours of making the indicative appointment with us.
Any changes to your booking needs to be made at least 3 working days before your luggage collection date to avoid any charges payable. If made 2 working days before your luggage collection date, we would be deducting an administrative fee of $10 per bag from your deposit. If made in less than 2 working days before the luggage collection date, the deposit fee is forfeited. The deposit needs to be paid to us again to secure another booking.
Remaining payment (less deposit)
The remaining payment needs to be paid either before delivery or at delivery. Please ensure someone is at home to make payment at delivery, otherwise we would not be able to hand over your bags. A re-delivery is subject to additional charges of $20 for first bag, and $10 for any additional bags repaired together.
Any changes to delivery date, time or location needs to be informed to us at least 2 working days before. If such changes are made within the day delivery, an additional fee of $20 for first bag, and $10 for additional bag repaired together is chargeable. If made 1 working day before delivery, an administrative fee of $10 is chargeable.
Pick up slots
Pick up time slots e.g. 9am-12pm, 1-4pm indicates that we may be coming at any time within the time blocks. It does not mean that a fixed time e.g. 915am within 9am-12pm, or a smaller time block, e.g. 9am-10am within 9am-12pm can be chosen within the time slot. Please only confirm the booking if you accept this. Please also note that if we agreed a time slot on a day e.g. 9am-12pm, it does not mean we can make another time slot e.g. 3-6pm on the same day or on a a specific day. Please check with us to make the arrangement.
Working days refers to Mondays to Fridays, 9am-6pm.
