We are looking for a self motivated, sincere and trustworthy administrative staff to support us temporary (November, December 2024) in:
- Answering customer enquiries
- Making appointments with customers for collection and delivery
- Preparing of invoices, quotations, bag tags for customers
- Preparing simple daily schedules for collection and delivery
- Other administrative work, such as keeping of records of luggage bags collected and delivery status
- Assisting in checking repairs and simple cleaning of bags before delivery
- Sorting out the luggage bags for delivery, for delivery staff to collect
- Verifying payments have been made
Requirements:
- Knows how to type, use the Google internet browser to perform simple tasks, speaks and understands English. - - Training will be provided to support you to learn how to create the invoice and documents
- Working hours are Mondays to Fridays, 9am-6pm.
- Monthly salary of $2,000
- Starting in November, for months November 2024 and December 2024
